By engaging RoCraft.in for any web development service, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Services

RoCraft.in provides web development, design, e-commerce setup, and related digital services. The specific scope of work is agreed upon before any project begins and documented in writing (via email or agreement).

2. Payment Terms

• 50% advance payment is required before work begins
• Remaining 50% is due before final delivery or handover
• We accept UPI, bank transfer, and other agreed methods
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise

3. Domain & Hosting

Clients are responsible for purchasing and owning their own domain name and hosting account. RoCraft.in assists with setup and configuration only. Domain and hosting fees are separate from our development charges and are not included in any quoted price unless explicitly stated.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate content, branding, and requirements in a timely manner
• Review and provide feedback within agreed timeframes
• Ensure that any content provided does not infringe third-party rights

5. Revisions

Each plan includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be charged separately. Major changes to project scope after work has started will require a new quote.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client owns the final website code and design. RoCraft.in retains the right to showcase the project in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

7. Support Period

Post-launch support is included for 15, 30, or 60 days depending on your plan. Support covers bug fixes and minor content updates only. Feature additions or redesigns after the support period end are chargeable.

8. Limitation of Liability

RoCraft.in is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use your website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the project.

9. Project Cancellation

If a client cancels a project after work has commenced, the advance payment is non-refundable. Any completed work delivered will be handed over only upon receipt of any outstanding balance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
